We are currently looking for an entry level ASP.NET and C# Developer to work in our office located in Beautiful Boise, ID!DBSI-Discovery Real Estate Services (DDRS) is a new company backed by two highly respected, national real estate firms based in Boise, ID: DBSI, a 26 year-old, full-service real estate investment company with significant experience and assets nationally, and FOR 1031, a leader in Tenants-in-Common properties for 1031 real estate exchanges. Utilizing the talent, expertise, and financial security provided by these companies, DDRS is ideally positioned to succeed in a rapidly expanding real estate marketplace. In 2005, DDRS closed over 54 properties valued at more than $800 million, and plans to acquire $1.5 billion in commercial real estate in 2006. The primary focus of DDRS is on well-positioned, intrinsic-valued real estate opportunities such as retail, office, flex, industrial, and multi-family products.Position Summary: Responsible for the development of n-tier applications.Responsibilities:•Work with the lead developer to create a detailed design of new applications.
•Refer to detailed design to help estimate timelines for the project.•Write and develop a portion of the project using Visual Studio on the .net platform.
•Give progress and status updates to lead developer.
•Use MS SQL to develop databases and stored procedures for projects.
•Help test and deploy projects.
•Fix any bugs found during testing and continue to troubleshoot software.
•Keep up to date on current technology.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills, Education and Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in computing technology or related field preferred.
•Minimum one-two years experience in IT development.•Must have knowledge of .NET language and C#.
•Must have knowledge of SQL Server.
•Strong understanding of object oriented design.
