Intermediate Interior Designer

Purpose: A fashion manufacturing company is seeking an Interior Designer/Architect for their expanding Architecture & Design Division. The position will involve branded retail environmental design. The company is Looking for a high-energy creative team player!

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Maintain effective coordination between Design and Construction Departments.
-Develop new store layouts and fixture plans.
-Specify & research new finishes, materials, design elements.
-Knowledge of building codes & ADA regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ARE:
-Must have 5-10 years experience in retail space planning, retail concept & store fixture design.
-Accredited degree in Interior Design or Architecture
-Software: AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, SKETCH-UP, MICROSOFT OFFICE.
-Experience in Corporate Project Management (including: scheduling & budgeting) Extensive knowledge of construction specifications, applications & detailing.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
-Excellent communications skills.
