Job Description

Use your engineering expertise to help win high stakes intellectual property litigation. Evaluate state of the art technologies while working side by side with attorneys whose diverse undergraduate technical degrees allow them to communicate on a variety of scientific subject matters. Interact with high profile clients, meet with vendors and draft applications for patents, trademarks or other intellectual property matters relating to computer software and hardware. As an IP Analyst you can be a part of SHB’s Intellectual Property Law Practice Group, which is staffed to meet the challenges of one of the fastest-moving areas of the law.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science. A Ph.D., relevant industry experience and patent experience are a plus but not required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
