SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROLS DESIGNER AND ENGINEERS NEEDED

Senior Instrumentation and Controls designer with a minimum of 10 years experience in Oil & Gas production, Refinery, Petrochemicals or related industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience should include:
knowledge and application of all electrical and instrumentation related Standards, Codes and Regulationsworking knowledge of databasesexperience in field walk-downs, equipment surveys and audits relating to equipment relocation, cable re-routing designs and control room upgrades highly desirableKnowledge of Honeywell TDC 3000 hardware and I/O point wiring is a plusAn understanding of the project control, budgeting and scheduling process is requiredMust be proficient in Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS AccessKnowledge of VISIO software desirable, but not requiredKnowledge of Instrumentation automated database drawing software packages is desirableIndividuals must be proficient in AutoCAD 2002

Responsibilities:
Instrumentation and Control Systems design leading to the development and assembly of work packages for all instrumentation related drawingsdevelop P&ID?s, location plans, loop sheets, schematics, panel drawings, PLC cabinet drawings, including drawings related to DCS and PLC interfaceprepare man-hour estimates and budgetsprovide input for regular progress and status reports for assigned tasksinterface with other disciplines and the clientsprovide support to the Lead Designer and Project Engineer as requiredperform quality checks and verification of compliance to standards for all instrumentation related drawings issued for constructionfield checkout, construction support, startup assistance and as-built/walk-downs
