Installation Service Manager

To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking a Satellite Installation Manager in our DNS department.



The responsibilities of this role include:
Responsible for managing the activities of field service specialists in a specific office. Ensures a high level of overall customer service/satisfaction, adequate staffing levels, training, and maximization of asset utilization, in order to achieve company goals.



Specifically, duties include (but are not limited to):
Manages recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees to ensure positive results.

Provides daily leadership to employees within the office.

Trains new and existing installation staff on new and effective installation techniques and tools.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting to higher management any safety violations and/or performance issues regarding internal installations. Uses proper documentation tools and procedures for violations and issues.

Provides up dates and reports to management, as appropriate.
Facilitates and ensures vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
Ensures 100% customer/consumer satisfaction.

job Requirements


Minimum qualifications to be considered are:
High school diploma or GED, degree preferred
2 years related experience and/or training
Previous lead/supervisory experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record



In addition, we will give preference to candidates with the following:
Previous satellite installation experience
