Inside Sales Engineer

Flex-Kleen Division of Met-Pro Corporation is recognized as the leading dust collection, product recovery, and air pollution control equipment manufacturer. We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, application oriented Inside Sales Engineer to support and enhance our rapidly growing OEM market base.Responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with regional sales manager and manufacturers representative group2. Gathering and organizing information and specifications to properly size and select appropriate equipment in order to formulate and draft timely, concise and thorough technical proposals
3. Building and maintaining effective relationships with outside sales agents, select end user and OEM customers
4. Cultivating successful alliances with internal team including engineering, purchasing, production, aftermarket sales, and accounting
5. Guiding the sales process through all stages to completion
REQUIREMENTS
1. 4 year degree, preferably in technical discipline
2. General knowledge of dust collection or product recovery equipment a plus
3. 3+ years experience designing, engineering, specifying or selling engineered capital equipment or related industrial products preferred
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Outstanding organizational and time management skills in order to multi-task and follow-up on numerous requests for quotes, proposals, and on-going projects at one time
6. Must be detailed-oriented team player with effective interpersonal skills
7. Strong customer service focus
8. Sound computer skills and familiarity with SalesLogix or other contact management software
9. Ability to interact well in a team environment
10. Rational problem solving skills
