Industrial / Continuous Improvement Engineer

A local pharmaceutical manufacturer has an immediate need for a degreed Engineer to identify and manage projects to improve labor productivity and quality of existing products and develop cost and processes for potential products.

This role will be responsible to perform time studies, equipment and plant layout, support/drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing Six Sigma and/or Lean, and ensure compliance with FDA GMP's / ISO standards.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will come from a pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing facility and have a thorough understanding of finance and costing for comparitive analysis and capital plan development. This position calls for an on the floor person who is always looking to do more to improve the operations.
