In Store Electronics Display Specialist

Provide timely and professional internal support for the electronics retail floor. Provide back up for electronics display team. Troubleshoot diagnose, and solve problems regarding the proper hook-up of electronic products, including computers. Hook up electronics (e.g. video cameras, digital cameras, home theater areas, audio rooms, etc.) on the display floor. Install flat screen and plasma TVs on display walls. Maintain Document Log on all vendor related problems. Ensure that all security devises for electronics sales floor are in place and functional according to guidelines set by security. Hardwire products to display or insert security tags as required. Confirm that correct merchandise has been picked. Unpack all merchandise from factory cartons and assemble as needed. Tag merchandise. Verify tags attached according to department standards. Pull sold product off of the floor and wrap per the warehouse wrapping requirements. Sweep prep areas and empty trash flats.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED, 1-2 years electronics display experience, Knowledge of A/V routers, amps, A/V systems, digital switching, and HD, 6 months customer contact experience.
