(ITI) IT Engineering Supervisor/Technical Expert

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job is to provide engineering and full life cycle management of products covering the following aspects: Product selection to meet requirements; Ongoing support and maintenance of platforms; Architectural design and planning; Security risk assessment; Technology ownership and documentation and communication of related procedures; Policies and requirements; Scripting and development of related packages; and tools and procedures. You provide 3rd level technical support of Web Proxy Services, including support and training of internal staff, and management of support issues as required to conclusion. You provide for all levels of communication (written and verbal), weekly status reports, and management progress updates.Preferred Qualifications:You have experience within a large enterprise environment. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. You have 3+ years in an IT field such as Proxies and/or Multimedia. As a senior engineer, you understand Web Proxy architectures, solutions and products including Internet and Intranet Proxies, Content Distribution and WAN acceleration, Web filtering, Virus Scanning, and all related Authentication systems. You have excellent knowledge in Cisco Content Engines, experience with Bluecoat and Netapp Proxies, and are familiar with WAN Acceleration Technology. You have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work with business operations and technical staff at multiple levels. You have significant project management experience in a global environment, working with multiple projects simultaneously.
