We are currently looking for an experienced UNIX AIX Systems Administrator to join our team. This would be a full-time position in our Mason Ohio office.GENERAL FUNCTION
The Systems Administrator is responsible for the management and administration of the AIX/UNIX/Linux components within Luxottica Retail*s production and development environments.
Primary focus will be the support, maintenance and administration of the AIX/UNIX/Linux database and application servers. The Systems Administrator participates in the sizing, construction and implementation phases of the systems development life cycle for medium and large size systems.
The Systems Administrator works in a project team environment as a technical support member and assists the lead technical associate on the development team.
Primary responsibility will be to work with team members to support and administer our open systems technology. A significant majority of these requirements must be accomplished to meet the overall requirements of the position.MAJOR DUTIES

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for AIX Systems Administrator will meet the following requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
3 to 4 years experience in related field
2 to 4 years experience in AIX Systems Administration
Supervisory experience preferred
