IT Support Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $32,200 to $55,300 per year Required Knowledge Strong customer service skills. Excellent follow through skills. Detail oriented with broad knowledge of computer hardware, software and computer networks. General healthcare operations knowledge. Ability to multitask and work independently.Preferred Windows 2000 desktop and server. VMS. Cisco LAN and WAN hardware. Experience in a large, high volume clinical laboratory or hospital.Main Duties
Facilitates cross-functional project and user requests between corporate and local IT, and between BU and IT. Managing peripheral Lab hardware, Crts, printers, barcode printers and scanners. Computer operations and Data Center duties. PC disposal admin and system access security admin. Serves as first line of support for BU computer and network users.Occasional travel to remote Quest Diagnostic sites. Within 6-8 weeks, will carry pager on a rotating basis. Occasional overtime.
