The scope includes Voice, Video, and Data technologies for Owens Corning’s LAN, WAN,and Internet, networks . This position also provides service management, and project management for deployment activities associated with the implementation of network products and services.The scope of the responsibility for this assignment may include participation in some or all of the following:
Design of LAN, WAN, Internet and IP Telephony solutions.
Project Management of IT projects within the scope, schedule, and budget.
Management of support partner relationships to established service level agreements.
Assure network performance meets service objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve business results through technology improvements.
Provide network systems and security configurations.
Performance monitoring, on-going maintenance, and periodic testing of Disaster Recovery processes and plans.
Maintain professional certifications through formal and informal training, seminars, and vendor conferences.
Assist with justification and acquisition of hardware and software.
Work with Sourcing and Project Managers on implementation of new contracts, lease reconciliation and invoice auditing.
Personal contribution to the building and maintenance of healthy teams.
Lead the team through problem analysis and resolution of network problem areas.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, business field or related science.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher
