IT Data Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $65,000 to $90,000 per year Robert Half is currently assisting one of its local clients in their search for experienced Data Analysts. Our client company is seeking a Data Analyst that will work closely with the business and other Information Technology (IT) teams focusing on the processes of gathering, analyzing, and documenting information requirements using standard data management tools and techniques for the creating, support, and administration of database objects. Work is of medium to high complexity and moderate to high in risk. Positions involve expanded contact and responsibilities to varied and multiple departments and functional operations. Duties will include actively participating in strategic business relationships; serving as an effective and key team member in various roles including serving as a team lead; participating in the review and formation of work processes; and will possibly plan work and schedules for others on project-related work. The impact of decision-making is medium to high risk. Other responsibilities will be to serve as a consultant or expert and actively share knowledge across workgroups; to apply information analyses to optimize the integration of major strategic business processes; the design and implementation of complex changes impacting several processes with minimal direction. As a Data Analyst you will primarily perform as an individual contributor, but may supervise a small work team (6 or fewer members). Qualifications: Data Analyst position will gather business data requirements; create conceptual, logical, and physical data designs; create and maintain data models; ensure the enterprise use of company data; and help with the coordination of database access.
