Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for detailed project planning and tracking, prioritizing tasks and directly resolving customer and project issues. They will be the daily between internal and external customers. This position will also require tactical/strategic project planning with the IT Directors on a regular basis. This person will address calls from the IT Support Desk and support clients (internal and external).
REQUIREMENTS
As member of the IT Support Services Connectivity Group, the successful candidate should have experience in customer service and project management. Strong problem solving and organizational skills, along with excellent verbal and written skills are required.

3 years experience with the following:
VB6
VC++ 6.0
MS Visual Foxpro 6 (knowledge of previous version a plus)
M/S SQL Server (using SQL and writing stored procedures)
M/S Access
Formal SCM processes

Experience with the following a plus:
Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional
Kofax Imaging
LeadToolsv13
Catalyst Socket Tools

The candidate should have basic knowledge of network hardware (servers, routers, switches, hubs, cabling). Basic working knowledge of PC hardware (installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, software installation and configuration) is preferred but not required. FTP experience is required. Experience using WSFTP and RoboFTP a plus.
