Job Title: IS Application system engineer

Application Engineer will be responsible for implementation and support of systems in a regulated environment, including testing, scripting and installation on user workstations. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation, upgrade and validation of laboratory automation, manufacturing and distribution software systems.

This position requires a sound knowledge of cGMP and FDA requirements relative to laboratory and analytical environments, current computer software validation, current computer technology and data handling systems. The role will influence both the business and IT to negotiate successful solutions and will apply excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between IT and his business partners.

Required Experience:

- Experience with WISE and SMS.
- SQL and Visual Basic programming experience.
- Experience with MS Office products and Windows server.
- MCSE preferred but not required.
- Experience configuring and maintaining lab or manufacturing and distribution systems is strongly preferred.
- 3 years of programming experience, including systems analysis, requirements, design and testing documentation.
- Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of manufacturing, laboratory, or distribution systems.
- Installation, upgrade and validation of above mentioned software systems
- Knowledge of requirements analysis, design, test protocol, IQ/OQ and computer systems validation experience is necessary.
