I&C Technician

I&C Technician Job - Large energy provider is actively seeking an I&C Technician for electric power generations facility in Northern New York. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience and will have the ability to perform technical calibration, testing, and troubleshooting duties on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic instruments and systems in various locations within generating stations. Must have experience with solid state and pneumatic controls such as Westinghouse 7300. Must be able to perform testing and troubleshooting on circuits, motors, relays and controls utilizing precision testing instruments. This is an excellent opportunity for an instrument technician who has experience with the older solid state power plant control systems. AAS in Electrical Engineering or High School with specific experience is required. Possible relocation is negotiable for the best candidate. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
