HydroPower Mechanical Engineer

Purpose: This is an exciting new opportunity to get in with a great company. This engineering firm is located in the quiet town of Issaquah, WA. This company is looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineer with hydropower background. The position is permanent with full benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401K plan.

Duties:

-Functioning in a supporting role for developing hydro mechanical project solutions for both modernization and new power projects.
-Applications and equipment involve rotation machinery and balance of plant equipment (valves, gates, operators, pumps, HVAC, and hydraulic systems)
-assisting with configuring, assembling and operation testing devices and equipment, and development of methods and procedures for testing machines or systems.


Requirements:

-PE certification
-Rotating equipment experience
