POSITION TITLE: HEARTBASE DATA ANALYST/PROGRAMMER

POSITION SUMMARY:
The HeartBase Data Analyst/Programmer is responsible for assisting the Cardiac System Coordinator in providing timely and accurate information/data from the cardiac database (HeartBase) to fulfill the needs of the Medical and Administrative staff of the Indiana Heart Institute and their clients as needed. This individual will also be assisting in the implementation and modifications of the cardiac database applications.
This individual will be expected to support the philosophy and core values of the Indiana Heart Institute and the Ascension Health Ministry.

QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree in Information Systems.
Experience Required/Preferred:
Experience in older “structured-programming” methodology
Developing database exports/imports
Report writing experience (Crystal Reports, Access, etc.)
SQL Server skill (Stored Procedures, Views, Querying via SQL)
