French/English Bilingual Tech. Support

Purpose:
Our client, is seeking an bilingual(English and French), experienced technical support representative to join their team. This position is with a fast growing French company called Lacie, which is well known for providing high performance computer products and services to its customers all over the world.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for fielding phone calls and emails and providing technical support to customers to help troubleshoot and resolve issues they may be having with their products. You will be trouble shooting hard-drives, DVD and CD ROMs, and other computer based peripherals.

To be qualified for this position you must be fluent in both French and English, have strong technical support experience, and have a strong knowledge of computer hardware.
