Field Service Technician / Engineer

Purpose: Tier one equipment manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Field Service Engineer located in Troy, MI.

Job details:

College education desired
Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshooting automotive test equipment
Maintain in-house repair facilities, including calibration, repair and maintenance of testing equipment, maintaining in-house test equipment, etc.
Prepare Field Service Reports with sufficient detail for customer invoicing, warranty charges, labor and materials charges, and policy.
knowledge of electronics repair and ability to troubleshoot to component level; in-depth knowledge of electronic test equipment
