Field Service Technician

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

This position will be responsible for factory technical support over the phone and in the field. It requires significant travel to customer sites to install, train, trouble shoot and repair company products. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Also must be a professional company representative with strong telephone etiquette.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will have experience with electrical controls, mechanical equipment and using personal computers. Qualifications include a Technical Associate’s Degree or equivalent and minimum of 3-5 years of field service experience with an electro-mechanical equipment manufacturer.
