To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking a Field Service Managers in our Conroe, TX facility and our New Spring location.

The responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
Manages recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees to ensure positive results.
Provides daily leadership to employees within the office.
Trains new and existing installation staff on new and effective installation techniques and tools.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting to higher management any safety violations and/or performance issues regarding internal installations. Uses proper documentation tools and procedures for violations and issues.
Provides up dates and reports to management, as appropriate.
Facilitates and ensures vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
Ensures 100% customer/consumer satisfaction.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit. Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

job Requirements


Minimum qualifications to be considered are:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED, degree preferred and 2 years related experience and/or training, previous lead/supervisory experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires an elevated understanding of the processes, procedures and responsibilities performed by lower level staff, including thorough knowledge of satellite systems installation.
Management experience a plus
Satellite Installation experience a plus
Must be able to show competencies in all three installation levels
