Job Description:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for planning their schedule and managing assigned accounts. These responsibilities include but are not limited to installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on all major Bayer Diagnostics Systems. Additionally, the incumbent must posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide on site customer training. The incumbent is responsible for timely and effective repairs to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. Incumbent must be computer literate and able to utilize computer based tools for reports, e-mails and general communications. Incumbent is also responsible for managing the financial performance in their territory, this being meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory control.
REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's Degree - Bio-Medical Electronics

3 - 6 yrs. Incumbent must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Incumbent must be able to think logically and objectively yet capable of abstract thought. Proficiencies must include but not limited to PC (Windows) based systems, electronics, hydraulics, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
