Field Market Development Engineer

Business Unit: GE Industrial, Advanced MaterialsFunction: SalesResponsibilities: This position will be responsible for driving growth for GESA by ensuring that GESA Construction Grades are specified in all Medium to Heavy new construction and renovation projects in the Central and Midwestern U.S.Additional responsibilities include supporting projects and strengthening relationships with architects, consultants and key end users active in this market.This person will have field technical duties and will work closely with the GESA Account Manager responsible for sales in this region.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * B.S. in engineering, chemistry, polymer science or related field.
3+ years experience in Construction Industry, Glazing Market, Curtain Wall or Sealant Industry.
Proven track record of success in customer value delivery.
Excellent relationship building skills and ability to interact with various levels of the customer organization.
Ability to manage many projects at one time and prioritize based on business impact.Eligibility Requirements:
