Purpose: Environmental Geologist - 0 to 4 years Job Description:

Location: East side Michigan

Compensation: $28,000-$35,000 Annually

Position: Field Level Geologist


We are an Nationwide Environmental Consulting Firm that has a heavy emphasis on Environmental Remediation. We are currently looking to add an entry level Geologist to a current project in Indianapolis.

This individuals will be joining a team of Environmental Professionals (Professional Geologists and Professional Engineers) that will allow them to grow into the roles that they fill. We strongly believe in grooming our employees for promotions to Project Management.

The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

- Soil and groundwater investigations and sampling

- Sampling and monitoring of groundwater wells

- Collecting soil samples

- Classifying of environmental drilling and geotechnical drilling

- Working with a team of individuals to design remediation systems

The ideal candidate will have a degree in geology or environmental engineering and will be 40 hour hazwoper certified. This individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well.
