Facilities Technician (waste water tech)

Purpose: We are looking for a water/wastewater operator for a facility in Los Angeles.

Minimum education/experience necessary to perform the job: High School Diploma or Equivalent applicable have and maintain a state wastewater operator license pending state requirements. 1-2 years experience with Waste Water Treatment.

Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining Hazard Communication compliance in tank wash and treatment areas.20% of Time

Treat water daily to insure we have adequate capacity for tank wash and customer water.40%

Keep treatment area clean and neat at all times and Monitor sludge accumulation in all storage tanks15%

Maintain accurate manifests files on all customers and work with administrative assistant to insure bill is accurate.10%

Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. 5%

16-20 DOE Hour
