Facilities Maintenance

Purpose: Aerotek is looking for a facilities assessment consultant, for this position you need to meet the following requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in architecture or engineering discipline, or 5-10 years professional experience may compensate for the degree.

- Knowledge of building codes.

- Good understanding of computer skills including Microsoft applications, Internet based applications and strong typing skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be willing to travel 30% of the time mainly local and US, but some international.

You will be responsible for performing assessment services in a fast-paced, highly efficient environment. You will be going out and performing visual inspections of facilities at client sites. You will interact with client facilities management staff to ascertain necessary information. Review and utilize client documentation during inspection process, develop cost estimates for facilities and corrective measures, you could be working as a team, or individually.
