FTPS FI PROJECT MGMT SALES ENGINEER

Employment Type: Regular Full/Part Time: Full Time Division: Processing Solutions Location: FIFTH THIRD CENTER, CINCINNATI, OHGENERAL FUNCTION:
Acts as a subject matter expert to support the New Sales and Relationship Managers' sales efforts to exceed channel goals. Facilitates new product launch activities and develops programs to ensure business plan objectives are achieved. Works to ensure a consistent go to market identity and messages in product marketing and proposals. Actively works to embrace technology, documents associated changes and promotes updates to the sales team. Proactively works to learn of industry developments, needs and opportunities. Works with sales management and applicable functional areas to align FTPS delivery capabilities/solutions with identified needs/opportunities.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as FTPS subject matter expert or liaison for all new customer product and sales support, internal customer support teams and customer base to exceed channel goals.

Provide day-to-day product and technical support to New Sales and RM teams and assist in developing solutions for extremely complex sales problems.

Provide ATM installation assistance to RMs to ensure that technical issues on installation days are facilitated at a central point and immediately resolved.

Provide ATM installation process enhancements to increase customer satisfaction ratings and reduce installation cycle times, driving revenues and reducing support complexities.

Analyze portfolio to understand and identify sales trends and opportunities to improve penetration and retention.

Assist with the development and execution of new product launch and existing product penetration strategies and programs to increase product penetration and customer retention; including internal contests and promotions.

Support the efforts to package sales and customer training kits and assist Training Team with direction and training of entire sales staff to ensure that sales and relationship management teams have appropriate new product or business training.

Develop, maintain, educate and communicate information on our competitors. Keep abreast of industry and competitor trends, warehouse information and distribute to New Sales and RM teams.

Prepare and perform detailed product demonstrations and product prototypes for prospects, including iMeet demos and Products / Operations customer sessions.

Develop and design standard set of sales presentations, training and other marketing materials and assist in the development of RFP content and presentation materials.

Work with communications and documentation teams to continually keep our standard product, training, standard presentation and proposal documents presentations.

Ensure customer satisfaction with New Sales efforts and Product training.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No supervisory responsibility.
Job RequirementsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
4-8 years experience in the EFT services industry. High-level of initiative, self-management and self-direction. Proven experience in working with sophisticated payment processing solutions and associated industry providers in the delivery of comprehensive solutions. Four-year business degree is required or equivalent work experience. Must be proficient in standard business software programs such has Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. E.O.E., M/F/D/V
