500 companies worldwideInterest Category: EngineeringJob Description: Provide system engineering and system testing support to the PMS4012 Acoustics Systems Program Office performing technical expertise and assistance for the A-RCI development program and other submarine acoustic systems as required. Research technical issues and proposed resolutions, staff recommended solutions for approval. Prepare technical briefs and point papers as required. Represent PMS4012 engineering staff at meetings as required. Provide technical support to record, analyze, summarize and report government and contractor data as required. Provide representation as required during Government directed events. Provide representation at working group, joint test groups, and Integrated Product Teams as required. Review contract deliverable items and system engineering documentation to determine compliance with systems engineering standards, technical accuracy, and adequacy in relation to functional & operational requirements.EGGCB20

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field and 5 to 10 years of job-related experience. Directly applicable and contemporary experience in test & evaluation and operation of submarine sonar systems may be considered in lieu of degree.Work Experience Field: Directly applicable, contemporary experience in submarine sonar systems design, development, test & evaluation, and operation experience is preferred.Special Skills: Required Basic PC Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Project. Position also requires the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level security clearance.
