Estimators (Ind/Civil and Commercial)

Purpose: EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATORS are in high demand. We currently have a number of clients who are actively seeking individuals with solid estimating experience.

Industrial and Civil Estimators:

* 3 to 5 years experience in estimating multi-million dollar industrial and civil projects.
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
* Proficient in MS Office programs
* Experience with Timberline and other estimating software
* Experience in estimating Lump-sum, hard bid and negotiated projects


Commercial Estimators:

* 1 to 2 years experience in estimating multi-million dollar commercial projects
* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* Familiar with MS Office programs
* Experience with estimating software
* Experience in estimating Lump-sum, hard bid and negotiated projects

All Estimators must also have:

* Strong organizational, analytical and detail oriented skills
* Experience putting together winning bid packages
* Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Strong written and verbal communications skills
