Environmental Site Assessor (ESA)
Job Summary:
Performs environmental assessments and other property related services in position accordance with ASTM standards and client-specific scopes of work to identify recognized environmental conditions. Communicates all environmental issues on a daily basis and prepares a written report accurately describing their findings.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or Qualifications: related field
1 – 2 years performing Phase I and/or Phase II environmental inspections.AHERA, Asbestos Inspector Certification and OSHA-40 hour certification preferred
Valid driver’s license.Extensive travel required.Knowledge and experience is site and building systems assessments is a plus.Personal credit sufficient to charge business travel expenses of up to $2000.
