Environmental Scientist / Wetland Specialist

The ideal candidate is specialized in wetlands, including delineation/mitigation/habitat restoration/regulatory permitting, and ecological assessments/T&E species evaluations. Job requirements include: state and federal wetlands delineation/permitting experience (NJ, NY, PA), mitigation plan preparation and field oversight/supervisory activities. Experience in the use of Geographical Information Systems is a plus. Minimum of a B.S. in Environmental Sciences (Ecology, Biology or other related focus) and 5 to 10 years experience are required. Assignments entail working independently or as part of a team to identify project needs concerning state and federal regulatory compliance/permitting focusing on wetlands, ecology, and habitat evaluations/restoration/mitigation and address those needs in a timely, cost-effective manner.
