Environmental Safety and Health Manager – Fortune 500 ManufacturerSalary $65,000 - $75,000 (Base Salary plus bonus)NOTE: We are not seeking Corporate EH&S candidates, but rather individuals who handle the day in and day out functions in a manufacturing plant.Fortune 500 manufacturer offers excellent opportunity for EH&S professional who can lead department and company in the right direction. Have responsibility for day to day EH&S functions in a medium size state of the art facility. Will facilitate Safety Team meetings. Will have close interaction with all management at the facility. There is a support staff that will report directly to the EH&S Manager. Implement proactive accident prevention practices to safety. Will also interact with Corporate EHS professionals. Responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Maintain all safety programs. All documentation and reporting that is related to safety.
Location: Baltimore, MD area. This company offers an excellent relocation package if necessary.
Position is open due to promotion in the company so there are opportunities to advance within the organization. They have facilities all over the United States and Internationally.

REQUIREMENTSRequirements:1. Bachelors degree. Masters degree a plus.
2. 5 – 15 years EH&S experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Sorry experience as a consultant only will not qualify for this opportunity.
3. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) is a huge plus.4. Someone with excellent communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels.
