EngineerGES’ Corporate Engineering department, located in Exton, PA, is seeking a motivated, proactive individual to assist with the development and implementation of company-wide programs and initiatives related to remediation and engineering. GES is a fast-growing $100+ Million environmental consulting firm looking for motivated individuals to help lead our state-of-the-art remediation technologies.Active involvement in GES’ patent-pending chemical oxidation technologies, unique real-time feasibility testing equipment, development of innovative remediation equipment and technologies, and other unique and challenging projects.
We are currently open to candidates at various levels. GES has successfully trained many of our entry level engineers and has also provided career growth and challenge to our seasoned professionals.Duties and Responsibilities may include, depending on experience:Interaction and support of many local offices on bid and proposal efforts, project reviews, and technical supportMay work independently as the engineering resource to a project team on smaller projects and assist senior engineers on the design and construction management on larger projectsMay oversee operation and maintenance of more complex remedial systems, including system evaluations and upgrades, more advanced troubleshooting and ensuring permit complianceWill be an active member of the GES' Engineering Design Group who assists with remediation training, engineering standardization, and technical guidanceEstimates, plans, and performs any type of pilot test or chemical oxidation activity to make solid field-related decisionsAssists with business development, presentations, marketing, and project managementOur comprehensive benefits include:medical, dental, vision, prescription card, 401k with 50% company match, FSA, LTD, STD, New Parent Leave, 529 CollegeBound Fund, Tuition Assistance, Bonus Plan, Credit Union, and moreGES is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that strongly values diversity. REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a B.S. Degree in Engineering and typically 2+ years related experience or M.S. Degree in Engineering and 1+ years of related experience. Must be multi-tasked, detail-oriented, and a team player with the ability to work independently. Must possess very good coordination, organizational, planning, analytical, technical writing, and communications skills.NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring the company to sponsor a visa.
