Entry Level Structural Engineer

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in either civil or structural engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience but if you are right out of school with a great personality and a true passion for engineering then we will consider you for this opportunity. Another requirement is being proficient with AutoCAD 2000 or higher. This is essential to be successful in this position. Candidates with this knowledge will receive priority for the first round of interviews.


Job Description:

You are being given the opportunity of a lifetime! You will oversee a bare minimum of 1 (sometimes 2) projects that you will oversee from inception through completion. This is hands-on; you will be working in-depth with the project, both on and off the field. You will design, fabricate and install architectural and structural precast concrete. Oversee shop planning, production and quality control. Within this capacity, you will also be out on the field insuring that the design and calculations that were put together are reflective to the project being built.

Salary:

For this position we are paying between $40,000 to $60,000 a year depending on experience and expertise. This also includes full benefits, a 401K plan, and two annual salary reviews that are dependent on performance in the increment of a $2000 increase per review.
