The role and responsibilities for this individual will be to provide guidance and specific business and/or technical thought leadership in support of transforming systems management and operations within the IM delivery organization. The Strategist will have an overall responsibility for improving service and reducing cost by leveraging existing enterprise tools and resources (e.g. Tivoli, OpenView, EARS, RAM, etc?) across the data and service delivery organizations. This will include a focused attention on creating common Incident & Problem Analysis and Release Management processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7 years experience in infrastructure supportBachelor's degree in an information technology-related field of study or a
