Engineering Support/Documentation

Engineering assistant responsibilitis will include:

Data entry intensive position that entails working with both MRP system and in-house document control systems.

•Create product structures in accordance with company practices.
•Manage product documentation requests through engineering department
•Assign manufacturing methods to standard products
•Enter product data into product databases and MRP
systems

Candidates with solid SAP skills may be extended for several months as company implements SAP.
REQUIREMENTS
-Data Entry Skills
-Knowledge of MRP Systems – MACPAC a plus
-Knowledge of Document Control Processes
-Knowledge of Mechanical Component Machining
-Knowledge of Routings
-Comfortable in a manufacturing environment

In other words, I need a person that has worked in an engineering/manufacturing company responsible for documentation control & assist in things like routings.
