Engineering Project Manager

Purpose: Currently looking for a Project Manager for a Consulting and Engineering firm. The company does little design work, mostly after the fact engineering and re-engineering.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Degreed: Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, or Architecture.
2. Review and assess facility problems at client.
3. Create report and recommendation on repair.
4. Design and outsource repair work. Act as owners rep for client.
5. Preparation of construction documents including specifications, drawings and details.
6. Construction contract administration, (monitoring, project meetings, review pay request, review of RFI's, issue change orders and punch list development).
