Fab Equipment Technicians
AS or BSEET
Experience in the etch, CVD, photo or plating disciplines
Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of equipment; strong mechanical aptitude
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Interfacing with process engineering, manufacturing and equipment suppliers

Fab Process Technicians
AS or BSEET degree
Experience in the photolithography discipline
Hands-on equipment troubleshooting, product disposition and engineering experimentation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Interfacing with process engineering, manufacturing and equipment suppliers

SPC Blackbelts
Bachelors in Engineering; Masters preferred
SPC Blackbelt training and experience driving SPC excellence
Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC and six sigma quality methodologies
Ability to develop and deploy methodologies and best known methods across team

Fab Business Section Manager
Fab capital management, including option analysis, modeling and funding justification
Capacity modeling and scenario planning management
Production/document control management and systems continuous improvement

Senior Process Engineering Manager
Management of larger organization (150+) through process and equipment engineering managers
Previous technical management in volume semiconductor production environment
Developing factory and area strategy, driving organizational alignment
Ability to drive and manage budget, yield, OEE and quality improvement programs

Equipment Engineering Section Manager
Bachelors in Engineering: Masters preferred
Management of equipment engineers and technicians
Experience driving budget and cost reduction
Interface with process and manufacturing teams to drive OEE
