Engineering Department Manager

Purpose: We have an opportunity for a Manager to lead our Land Development Department in our Camarillo office. The position requires a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, professional registration, 10+ years of land development design experience, and 5+ years of project management experience. Excellent communication skills and the drive to become a leader in the Company, and in the Ventura County professional community are essential. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of engineers and designers in all aspects of design and plan preparation for residential and mixed-use land development projects, write proposals and technical specifications, and develop budgets and schedules.
