Engineer for Environmental Remediation

GES, a fast-growing $100 million environmental consulting firm is looking for a positive and proactive mid-level engineer with soil and groundwater remediation experience. Must have a thorough understanding of remediation technologies and sites. Duties and Responsibilities:Performs remedial system design and specifications Manages construction and system installation activities
Oversees operation and maintenance of complex remedial systems, including system evaluations and upgrades, advanced troubleshooting and ensuring permit complianceMentors and coaches Junior and Associate EngineersDevelops client communications/presentations as appropriatePrepares system design and specification packages for moderately complex projectsAssists the Project Manager on business development initiativesPerforms other related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Engineering ManagerWe offer excellent benefits and a competitive compensation program that rewards for performance and results. REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a B.S. Degree in Engineering and typically 3+ years related experience or M.S. Degree in Engineering and 1+ years of related experience. Must be multi-tasked, detail-oriented, and a team player with the ability to work independently. Must possess very good coordination, organizational, planning, analytical, technical writing, and communications skills.NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring the company to sponsor a visa.
