Job Description:
Primarily responsible for practical application of traffic engineering and planning principles. Assists in gathering and correlating raw data for arrangement in a workable form, eliminating discrepancies and improbabilities. Performs various engineering-related calculations and analysis of limited scope.Perform traffic engineering and planning assignments under supervisionDevelop and utilized travel demand models, traffic micro-simulation models and GIS systemsCollect, organize, analyze and document traffic data sets, both in tabular and graphical formats.Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning or equivalent. Working knowledge of Highway Capacity Software (HCS), Synchro, SimTraffic AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and CorelDraw.
