Engineer Technician III
Presbyterian Homes – Highland Ridge is seeking an Engineer Tech I to work full-time. Candidates should have experience in floor care/carpet care, painting, electrical, and minor plumbing and must have good mechanical aptitude. Must have great customer service skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers. Qualified individuals should also have the ability to drive a 14 person bus.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess first class boiler license in low pressure steam, experience with pneumatic controls, wet tower operation, DDC automation systems and a working knowledge of nurse call, low voltage, security, and phone systems.
Basic electricity and plumbing knowledge, small engine maintenance/repair.
May be required to possess a Universal Refrigeration Technician license.
Should possess a valid Class “C” driver’s license; may be required to obtain a Class “B” license.
Must have minimum of three years’ experience in maintenance engineering, or a Technical Certificate in building maintenance, and one year of experience.
Great customer service skills
Ability to work independently also required.
Health Care experience helpful
Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
