Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.Essential Job Functions:
Design, develop, test, debug and support specialized web-based and distributed applications. Provide input, prepare and analyze technical documents such as product requirements, functional specifications, detailed design documents, implementation plans, risk assessments, test plans, and release notes.

As a junior member of the development team, participate in all required phases of full lifecycle product development and provide support and maintenance for the tools and services managed by the team; Working with the Senior Engineers, members of the team, engineering and business resources, help develop solutions to meet the requirements of the business owners, including researching new technologies and supporting proof of concepts projects;
The successful entry level candidate may possess up to two years experience in full lifecycle development of web and database-centric applications. Developing knowledge of web portal products, XML, ASP.NET, C#.NET and web services. Must be able to analyze problems, solve them creatively and document the event. Must be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills capable of effectively working with both senior technical resources and business customers. Needs the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to be able to prioritize and complete specified tasks on time. This position requires the ability to interact professionally with all groups and organizations working with or for the company and to be able to communicate effectively in that role.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.
