Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $120,000.00 (+Bonus to 20%, +Profit Sharing, +401-K, + 90% paid benefits) ($alaries reviews twice yearly.)Location: Midsize city in Southeast U.S. with excellent living conditions, recreation, college & pro sports.A rapidly growing Equipment Manufacturer is seeking a Director of Engineering who will be responsible for a 300+ employee manufacturing facility. This is an outstanding opportunity to help grow an already thriving business, working with the Customers and their Engineers in the development and production of a wide variety of valves for compressed gasses and liquids. They work with Automotive, Industrial Machine Manufacturers, Consumer Goods and more. This is an internationally owned precision machining operation that is outgrowing its current capacity.
They are seeking someone with a unique combination of experience involving “Hands-On” Engineering and Management of a Machining operation. Design of parts & fixtures; CNC equipment operation, Programming & Troubleshooting; Supervision & Training of techs and Client & Vendor interaction skills. Will need hands-on knowledge of CNC equipment consisting of Multi Axis Turning, lathes, grinders, honing, etching and broaching. 1. Bachelors degree in Engineering required.

2. Engineering experience in a machining environment. Large Job Shop experience a plus.
