Engineer, Environmental

Environmental Engineer with environmental permitting and compliance experience. The engineer will report to the Environmental Manager in the mill. Experience should include 3-5 years of direct industrial environmental compliance. Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills and be effective in a team environment. Ability to plan and execute environmental projects is essential. Oversee all mill activities related to SPCC, Stormwater, and BMP response plans. Manage waste programs including solid, hazardous and universal wastes and reuse/recycling. Ability to plan and execute environmental projects is essential. Work with local, state and federal regulatory agencies as required to obtain and maintain permits. Interpret rules, regulations, laws and procedures to provide guidance for mill management and employees. Experience with environmental management systems, a plus.
