RF Technologies has also expanded into mobile asset management, for both the healthcare environment, and specific commercial and industrial applications. The company is using that technology to position itself as a leading player in monitoring, tracking, locating and protecting assets.

The Clinical Education Specialist will provide Clinical Education and Support for the Infant/Child and Emergency Department RFID Security system market. Demonstrate systems to end users in both the clinical and security departments. Work with Account Executives and the Clinical Education Coordinator to develop successful presentation strategies that address the uniqueness of each account. Conduct the “go live” process in coordination with installers, Account Executives and customers. Document activities while in an account and make follow-up recommendations. Provide scheduled follow-up, nurture customer relationships and satisfaction. Address customer issues and serve as liaison between the customer and Account Executive and/or Technical Support, when appropriate. Support trade shows, educational events or professional conferences when requested.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 3 years experience in training or adult education, preferrably in a hospital setting.
· Excellent communication, presentation and Computer/PC skills a must.
· Ability to problem solve on site and effectively handle customer concerns and/or requests.
· Must possess demonstrated business acumen, and effective time- management, problem-solving and team-building skills.
· Willingness to travel as needed (80-100%) is necessary; potential travel requirements of up to 5 nights at a time, with 3-4 weeks notice.
· Registered Nurse with OB and/or Nursery background preferred.
· Prior experience with Safe Place Infant/Child or Safe Place ED system(s) preferred.

The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Excellent listening and verbal communication skills are required. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fluid and changing environment, and be able to maintain sight of goals, regardless of those changes.
