Essential Job Functions
A world-class manufacturer of high reliability aerospace power and micro-electronic devices, has a career opportunity for an experienced Electronics Failure Analysis Engineer. In this position you will provide analog circuit and assembly failure analysis and product design support for the manufacturing of DC power conversion products.

Key Responsibilities:Analyze and determine failure modes of high reliability, small/micro-electronics DC-DC power converters and related devices.
Provide failure analysis expertise and/or support to development and operations staffs.
Manage multiple projects in a fast paced product development environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Education or Training Required
BSEE, or related technical Bachelor’s degree, with 7+ years of directly related electronics product failure analysis experience. Advanced engineering degree is desired.
Minimum Experience RequiredThorough understanding of electronics materials and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with Mil-Spec, ISO, FAA and related space qualified engineering and/or manufacturing standards and practices.
Experience with failure analysis is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
Good flexibility, with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
