Electronic Production Technician

Accutron, Inc. an Electronic Circuit Board Assembly (Contract Manufacturer) Company is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an opening for an Electronic Production Technician.The potential candidate must have advanced component knowledge, PCB assembly experience, strong computer skills and superior communication skills.

The general role of this position will be to test and troubleshoot Printed Circuit Boards utilizing ICT, ATE and various test equipment (Oscilloscopes, Frequency counters, Function Generators and Multi Meters). Candidate must be able to follow test procedures used for testing and trouble-shooting assemblies and sub-assemblies. In-circuit testing and board level troubleshooting requirements required. Candidate will be responsible for submitting test reports, failure reports, job cards and other forms associated with the test department.

Candidate must possess an Associates Degree in Electronics or the equivalent of two to four years of schooling or hands-on experience in an electronics and/or production support role in a fast paced, ISO manufacturing environment.

The potential candidate must be able to work overtime hours as required by the company and have the ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
