Electronic Evidence Technician

D-M Information Systems, a Davis, CA, based affiliate of Esquire Litigation Solutions and a leading provider of litigation support services, is currently recruiting for Electronic Evidence Technicians. This position acts as a primary or secondary manager on electronic data discovery projects using custom and third party tools and applications. Duties include overseeing electronic data discovery projects from receipt of media to export and billing, managing workflow to ensure compliance with client specifications and deadline, and supervising and training electronic evidence operators.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of UNIX operating system and shell command line processing, VI/VIM, and UNIX shell scripts

Knowledge of MS Windows operating system and MS Office applications

Knowledge of Dataflight’s Concordance preferred

Ability to quickly learn and utilize new applications for project production

Linux, MUMPS, and other programming experience a plus

Previous supervisory experience required

Ability to follow written and verbal directions, work with varying amounts of distraction, urgency, and changes in instructions on short notice.

Must be self-motivated, flexible, and have great attention to detail

Some overtime and weekends to help meet deadlines, when necessary.
